Sheryl is a trained Clinical Hypnotherapist, whose passion is offering professional and personalised hypnosis sessions to her clients.

Practicing out of Tranquility Mind and Body in Howick, Auckland.  Sheryl has over 11 years of experience in all aspects of clinical work that Hypnotherapy provides. 

Her dedication to her clients and Hypnotherapy sees her serving on the committee of the New Zealand Society of Clinical and Applied Hypnotherapy, where professionalism is paramount for providing natural health care to the public. 

Sheryl has extensively traveled and has previous experience in both the travel and recruitment industries. When she is not working, her busy household of five children and supportive husband makes life full and abundant, then when life allows seeking solace on calm waters from her paddleboard.
